No-Show/Cancellation Policy

We here at Countryside Family Chiropractic, PLLC want to thank our patients for trusting us with your
chiropractic care. We feel truly honored and blessed to serve you all and want to make this office as
comfortable and efficient as possible. As our practice continues to grow, our appointment times have been
filling up faster.
As a professional healthcare facility, Drs. Jodie and Kassie and the staff at Countryside Family Chiropractic,
PLLC have put in countless hours to make sure that our patients have flexible appointment times, along
with adequate email and text message reminders/notices of their upcoming appointm ents. We understand
that life happens and occasions arise where our patients are unable to make their scheduled times.
However, due to the increase in the number of occasions where patients need to cancel or reschedule
within 24-hours of their appointment, as well as an increase in demand for appointment times, we are
implementing a new no-show/cancellation policy for the practice.
Starting on Monday, May 17, 2026, there will be a $65 late cancellation fee added when a
patient cancels within 24 hours of the scheduled time or no-shows. Additionally, there will
be a $20 fee added for patients who do not give 24 hours or more notice before
rescheduling an appointment.
As always, a courtesy reminder is sent via text message to the cell phone and/or email on file 24 hours prior
to any scheduled appointment. With that reminder, patients are free to TEXT or call their request for a
different appointment time, at which point our staff will confirm that new time. Please note that the
rescheduling needs to occur PRIOR TO the scheduled appointment time, or the $65 late cxl fee will
automatically be added. If such request is made but is not confirmed, and is due to office staff not replying
on time, such fee will be waived.
The Scheduling App is also a tool widely utilized by our patients, which allows them to make and re-
schedule their appointments on their Apple and Android devices. For your convenience, this app is also
linked to your phone’s calendar, making it even less likely that you will forget about your appointment with
Countryside Family Chiropractic, PLLC. At this time, the app does not allow patients to cancel or reschedule
their appointments within the 24-hour period, however, this can be performed by calling, texting, or
replying to an email from our office. Should you choose to download this app on your device, you will need
to enter our Clinic ID: MBPNML and log in using your 10-digit cell phone number that is registered with us
at the office. This can also be found by clicking the “Schedule” button on our website:
